Launch your first campaign.
Follow these steps once and you will have a live mission that rewards shoppers with a real discount code. Every setting can be changed later.

𧩠Turn on Snagzi in your theme
Open Snagzi in your Shopify admin and go to Settings. Select Open theme editor. It opens App embeds with Snagzi ready to switch on.
- Make sure Snagzi is on, then select Save in the theme editor.
- No theme code changes are needed.

β¨ Create a campaign
Go to Campaigns β Create campaign. To get going fast, open Start from a template and pick a ready-made mission, or build your own below.
Give the campaign a name. Only you see it.

π― Build the mission
- How shoppers play: choose Catch, Hunt, Collect or Quest.
- Catches to win: use the β and + buttons. For a first campaign, 1 to 3 works well.
- Where can it happen?: Anywhere is the simplest. Page journey and Specific pages let you guide shoppers.
The Your mission card at the top sums up what shoppers will do. Extra requirements under Fine-tune are optional.

π Choose the reward
- How much off?: pick 5β25% or type any amount.
- How itβs revealed: Instant popup works on every plan.
- Code rules: expiry (24 hours by default), minimum order, and the total number of codes.

π¨ Make it yours
Pick a starting style and a character, then set your brand colour. The live preview on the right shows every change. Movement, messages and seasonal themes are under Fine-tune.

π₯ Set audience and timing
Choose which devices see the campaign and when it appears. A delay of 0 seconds shows it right away, which makes it easiest to check.

π Preview and publish
On the Summary step, check the recap cards and use Edit to change anything. In the preview, try the Invitation, Play and Reward stages. When you are happy, select Save and publish.

β Check it is live
Visit your published store and play once. Then open Settings and select Check again. When all checks are green, the status shows Live.
Not seeing the game? Check that the campaign is active, the embed is on in your published theme, and the campaign targets the device you are using. More tips are in the FAQ.
